It got ugly. Grass Hill was fun and STEEEEP. Went over toWendy and all hell broke loose. Kevin Fondren smoked that new un named hill . Kevin Thomas smoked that new hill where the old red vw bus was with a 6.7 v8. Had to drag out the Hoglin team with chains n straps. Der Panzerwagen is still down there tonite with a spun off sprocket.20 other buggies sat at the top and watched. This place is ugly. If you are a new guy , don't come up here with something we have to deal with. This place is out of your game. Some are going back out tomorrow.205-369-7406

It wood be better to cut our way in from coalberg to Wendy. If you go down stream from that slippery grass net hill about a football field long there is another hill from years ago.It is a little easier but the very top is grown up.

you're absolutely right dd,
grass hill will be a good one before long , when i climbed it the first time it looked wet , but was sticky clay , by the forth time i climbed it , the soil had settled down a lot , and was more forgiving , a very fun hill for now !!  8) 8) 8) 8)

k-fed ,
i thought that hill that me & kevin thomas climbed out of was the easiest way out of windy mtn.
if that hill has not been named yet , we should call it pinball hill , cause i was bouncing all over that hillside when i came out of there , rocky a'int the word for that hill , but it was easier than the two i tried out of windy , you was right those hills were rough as a cob , a good one to tear your rig up on unless you have a chain drive  , i think we might could make another one where me & you was looking at on the left of side of the one i came out of , i did'nt care to be bouncing over those boulders like that ( i spilt my beer ) twice !!
its gonna be 65 degrees & partly cloudy next sat ( dec. 5, ) if you wanna look at it & see if its worth a try , it'd be a good one for a while !!! 8) 8)

Pinball sounds good.300ft from that Pinball hill AWAY from Bhm there is another climb, but grown up in 100 saplings from 8 years ago.Back then a HUGE tree fell and blocked the stream . I walked down in there today before getting der Panzerwagen out and it has rotted in two. So next Sat morning I am going to re open it. I'll cut and yall chunk the small trees and we should have it open in 45 minutes. We could go over and widen Busby .I am all up for suggestions so lay em out.An easy uncut path leads into the bottom of Swamp.Oh there is an old rock wall 120 or more years old about 500 ft long over there I want to show yall.Remember this was one of the 1st mining areas for Bhm.Remember the history books say Biirmingham was founded before 1871 between 2 rich mountains of iron ore and coal. (Jones Valley).

I'd like to do some tree cuttin early. Yall come by later on and chunk the tree limbs.I'll do the trail into the bottom of Swamp last.(you may need it) I have a pick also. Over there at the bottom of Bill Hill, most people don't know it, but a dozer cut a road nearly 100ft up to it and stopped over a year ago.
