I live around 20 miles from Turkey. It has rained here ever since noon today(actually sleeting right now). We are waitng till Saturday to hit Turkey. Maybe the traills will soak in the water. A buddy checked on it today and said they are still open.

Well popped reverse right out of the parking lot trail. It was nice to meet you guys, wish we could have rode together. I ended riding in the passenger seat of a rhino all day. We had a good time, but not the same as driving yourself. I would of went on home, but my boys wanted to ride, I put one in with my dad, and the other in with my uncle. I am heading out to clean up the shop right now, so I can get the Trans out and apart. Hope to be up and running soon!!!

Just come in the house. Can now see work bench. I hope to see floor tomorrow, and start tearing down. I am bound and determined to be up and running before to long again.

We had a pretty good weekend... Saturday we had some running issues with 3 of the buggies, Mike's had a clogged jet, Bruce's had a bad spark plug and Dennis' was not charging and needed the alternator's regulator contacts cleaned up. We got in a couple of good rides before and after the issues though.

Sunday morning's ride we went right away into some gnarly stuff and the 2nd area we wound up at Bruce had traction issues and slid backwards into a tree after a failed climb attempt which messed up his exhaust and bent the rear hoop of his frame. Then, while trying an alternative route up the other side he tagged a tree with his front tire and bent a tie-rod and then couldn't steer and got reverse-hung w a tree between his wheel and frame (on the axle) so we had to winch it out... then the tie rod broke when we tried to straighten it so they spliced it together with an extension and electrical tape and two hose clamps off his intake boot (replaced with zip ties) and he was able to nurse it back to camp.

Then the three of us left out again and apparently Mike and I left Dennis behind after he stalled out in a puddle and by the time we realized he wasn't with us and turned around to go find him he had already got it re-started and left to go retrieve his gloves where he left them when we winched Bruce out, so, Mike and I went off on our own and actually had a blast tooling around on the blue trails for about an hour, which I would describe as "jeep trails" and we got back to camp for lunch time and got all packed up and left... I noticed two of ya'lls rigs at the Dairy Dip on our way home.
