 Post subject: please help

I have been trying everthing I know to try and fix my brakes but nothing is working. I even tried everything I read on the Woodsbuggy website. And KYbuggy1, I even tried your homemade pressure bleeder and I get nothing. I am coming to the hill climb in Ohio this weekend, sometime Friday afternoon.
If there is anyone that can help me try to resolve this problem I would be greaty indebted to you !
I also have brand new Neal dual handle turning brakes and peddles, and two new rear brake calipers.
I'm still willing to hear any other suggestions anyone has to offer...Thanks !

Resevoir new as well? I had good luck ussing a power bleeder, with the back end up on my trailer so it was putting the calipers higher then the res. Let it sit for a while if you can. Gravity will help move the air bubbles to the calipers. That is assumming there is not a place that is leaking in air. Got the diaphram in the res lid too?

all new but the lines. no leaks that i could find. i have tryed everything with no luck... im hoping someone will help me friday after noon when we get to ohio. i would pay for help so i can play this weekend.

I wont be there until Fri night, but if they aint fixed by then I will do what I can. Sometimes brand new components can be bad, seen this plenty of times with m/c s. Bring your old stuff, or any spare stuff you got.

If you are using old rubber hoses at the pivot points they may be clogged,, is fluid coming out freely when you bleed?

if the calipers and brake pads are new,anytime ive ever changed,the pads have to seat to the rotors before u would have good brakes,maybe a couple rides or

Also with all being new, it will take a ton of fluid to completely bleed it out. I think i ran a half gallon thru mine into empty 2 litter bottles.

A common mistake that guys make with new systems is not bench bleeding the Master. That needs to be done first.
