SK 48 was discovered in the debris pile at Swartkrans, which is a cave site in South Africa. SK 48 is the cranium of an adult Australopithecus robustus. Most of the skull (minus the lower jaw) is preserved. Although mostly in tact, some damage did occur when the specimen was removec by way of dynamite out of the limestone deposits. Preserved in the cranium were the right canine tooth and first premolar and all three left molars, indicating the individual was an adult at the time of death.

I went down this weekend, some stuff changed, they drained the entrance off the tracks that go to the waterfall, I didnt push anything savin it for memorial day but it seems pretty much like it did last year, was pretty slick so couldnt do a whole lot, maybe plumberbill tried a lil more than me i was just doin a check to make sure she was ready....... SHE IS!!!!!! :D

the usual stuff like ruts and water holes on the trails. i did see what ace is talking about, but didnt stop to check it out. trails were great (no dust) till the rain hit in the late afternoon/evening. within 15min. it was like riding on ice.
