Just wonder what the proceedure is for the end bolts on solid rockers. Are they lock tited and torqued, or just tourqued and how much?

I use a star type lock washer. The spec for 5/16 NF thread is 14 ft lbs. Lock Tite may be over kill I have broken shafts but never had the end bolts get loose.

Thank you! :D Just thinking in hind sight, the bolts have like a built in star washer. So 14 lb.s should be good?
