Thats my problem too Chad, Not crazy about a hotel with the buggy. And trying to avoid another 150 miles of towing a day for a good safe place to stay. And finally I'm looking at 20-22 hours of road time, I want to get enough buggy time to justify the trip outside of the hillclimb. So I'd like to know who is ridingon friday or Sunday

The administrator of the park told me a couple weeks ago that a night ride would most likely be a go, but did not know whether it would be Friday or Saturday night just yet. I have emailed her again today about it. I will post the response as soon as I get it.

They have to find some staffers willing to work whichever night. I think part of the decision will be based on which night they prefer to work when they are normally off duty. State employees.

Harness. Secure fuel cell. No loose cargo,,etc. I'm going down early friday,,can't wait. It's our own little Daytona. 8)

Does that mean that Stoney Lonesome and Wilborn are only 20 minutes apart. If so, I might camp at Wilborn and just drive the buggy to Stoney from Wilborns.
