All buggy shops should stock the long spline axles you need. They are called bus to sedan axles. Also get type 2 stub conversions if you didnt already. I blew 12 car CV's in 3 rides. Youll thank me later.

I,ve got the stub axles you need to use bus cvs at your control arms. They are listed in parts for sale. Got cvs and boots too.

The stub axles go in the trailing arms & the outer CV's bolt to em. Simple thing to swap out.

A (stub axle) is all one part. Its a solid piece that connects the CV joint to the drive splines in the rotors. If you know somebody with the machines they can grind or turn the lip down & redrill the bus CV pattern on em. Thing stubs work but are tuff to find. Buggyjunkies are already redrilled for bus if you dont know a machinist.

Dont forget bus boots but yep, thats it. Use your bearings & CV bolts. You will need a nut whacker to swap em too. 8 bucks

This is old school. I smack it with a sledge to tighten em up. Even my 3/4 drive cant equal this puppy.

Stub axles drilled for bus or bug cvs and stock bus cvs with boots and allen head bolts. These are stock bus axles and too long for your stock arms but you can toss thim in the corner.ImageImage
