 Post subject: Oil cooler adapter plate

I have found in a box an aluminum plate that bolts under the factory oil cooler. It has inlet and outlet for external oil lines has any body ever used one. it has a pat.number that is it.

Ill get my wife to post pick tomorrow . ill get pat number to . someone in jacksonville florida made it . idid look pat .number up. Looks like it would work good ,but have not ever seen one

I have seen them before but I believe you need to modify the shroud since the plate will raise the oil cooler.

i got one on my old blue buggy, they are for the old style non doghouse style coolers and shroud setup,,,, im letting a buddy of mine run that motor right now while he is rebuilding his so i ill have to look next time we ride but i dont think i did any modifications to the shroud except maybe notch out at the bottom for the lines to come out ,,,,,also i bought it from larrys offroad about 6 or 7 years ago but the best i remember it came in a claudes buggies package,,,,,,check and see if this is what u have im thinking were talking about the same thing anyways
