Well, It was a pretty full day in Shamokin Pa, between there and Kulpmont. A little slow go at times due to the 5" of fresh snow, but that's why they brew Yuengling up there. Sorry I didn't invite you along, you probably would have enjoyed it. I doubt you believe it, but Immortal soul219 will vouch for this area, never met him but I'm sure he knows of it well. Totally outlaw trails, awsome hills, and if his adventures haven't taken him through here, then he is probably FOS, but I doubt it. Bet he ain't skeered. Hope everyone hade a memorable, safe ride at Wilborns.

I am not in the same league as a lot of you , but I do not let the weather dictate when I ride. I ride whenever I can, regardless.Buy the right clothing. You don't seem to be too concerned about spending $2000.00 on a set of shocks, but you cry about the cold????? GEEEE, I bet I'll take a thrashing on this one for a long time to come!!!!! OK, I'll ride, you cry.

Now that there is funny  Hard to spend the money for one ride a year in some regions though. I don't mind cold, and I don't mind wet. Its when its 40deg and melting the snow and your soaked to the bone and cold that I hate. Wish I had a place close by to try just snow, sounds like fun with the right cold weather gear.

A 2K set of shocks sounds like a dam good reason not to ride in the mudd to me!I don't like the mud because it tears up my machines. If I wanted to go mudding Id get a truck. You can put on all the clothes you want. I have them two. Even with warm clothes rain, mud, and cold just dont seem to be to much fun for me. On top of the toll it takes on my machine. You ride and I'll cry buddy. Thats fine with me. My machine is still sitting polished in the shop at the end of the day.

I think the worst part is having to clean the buggy. The last time I rode my buggy stayed muddy for at least a month before it got warm enough to give it a bath.polishing chrome is rough in 30 degree weather
