Your buggy is lookn sweet. The only thing i don't see is some roof support or an Xbrace cause that roof will fold down real easy if something was to go wrong. just don't want to see any one getting hurt. :D

He is talking about supports holding the roof up. Right now it looks like bills old 4 seater roof. Before he folded it down on his melon. Oh, and it is a sharp buggy too

Here is Bills buggy before the accedent. It completely colapsed onto his head in a rollover. Thats alot of roof span to hold up the weight of your buggy with momentum. Hurting yourself is one thing, but who are the 3 other passengers going to be?

That is one sharp buggy but I have to agree with Nitro and Garden 2387. I believe it will be a little dangerous, without any supports in the roof. You should look at Pipedopes Phantom build. I would add some braces in the middle and maybe an x brace. But it will probably be fine if you don't plan on doing any serious climbing :P :P :P .

Glad to hear it, hate to see someone get hurt to save 20lbs.
