are they ball joint or kink pin??? and what kind are they????

They look like superbeetle mcpherson strut spindles. Did you ever consider an ebay store???? :wink:

Definatly not king pin, (second look, they have a clamp style pivot point and where are the steering arms, )but they also look as though they suport a caliper. Maybe a later type 3 or Ghia.

they don't look like any VW I have seen. They are a McPherson strut style spindle but the backing plates and upper mount are all wrong for the three types of super beetle spindle. Maybe a Dasher or something?
