Yeah, thats the pattern I thought you meant. I think it would hurt flex on a 4 or 8ply.

I know you werent talkin about running that particuliar tire, but that website says those are 10 ply :shock:

And made for a 32" rim.

Don't even think the CD boys are gonna get geared that low........ 8)

Thanks.. I think I am going to give the buckshots a try. I think they will be great for trail riding. However, I am going to keep looking for a set of climbing tires as well.

I'm looking for a set of these now. New or almost new. I have a good cutter down here that will chop them up good for 100buck a tire. 600 for a cut pair sounds a little high for reserch ive done. Maybe not?

600 for a cut pair is a steal. I paid 515.92 for two new 8 plys. that was about the best I could find around here. Millersburgh tire up here in ohio...

Well than 600 is damn good. I take my statement back. I guess I need to get in touch with someone. I need them cut to hell too though. Not sure 600 includes side walls and stuff....I need a paddle tire that will hold up off road for a longer time than 3 months LOL
