I vote a 6 rib for more wheel speed and strength.

It depends on what you are trying to do. Both are good transmissions. In STOCK form, the 6 rib is stronger.

imo cant go wrong with the 6 rib as long as ur motor will hump it

just wantin to know which one will hold up to a 2276 best im guessin ill go with the 6 when i get the motor

Yea, in stock form, any 6 rib will hold up better than a 5 rib on any motor. Like Roy says, buy the best and cry once.
