Thanks to all the local guys who showed me around Friday till my spline stripped on my rotor  But special thanks to willie for getting me his spare so I could get back up and ridding by around 4ish. We had a blast, was very happy my buggy was able to at least get around where I wanted too. And loved the tour I got from Willie on some harder trails as well as the baja night ride we did with Pipedope. The hillclimb was very cool to watch. Easy recipe for high placement. Huge motor, no weight, koko 23's, enough brains to steer the correct direction at the correct time, and big hairy cohones carried in a wheelbarrel. Unlimited budget didnt seem to hurt. I'm sure cut 40" 23 deg Firestones and the mid-engine california tranny don't come cheep. But it sure looks impressive if you can get it! And yes larry, I was very impressed by all the "little" KY buggies too

Well I wish I had been with you guys Saturday night when I turned up a hill I shouldnt have  There was no turning around or backing down so I just kept it balls to the wall till there was flatground. I think my front beem was hitting more then my tires, lol. And ya I'm sorry I missed the ride Bruce, was just happy Willie could get me a part to fix it, Tim was looking for one when Willie told him to send his to me. I know I didn't see much but really enjoyed what I did see. But it will probibly be late Winter b4 I can afford to drop another $200 on gas for a return visit. But we will get there when we can! Oh and thanks again to everyone I met for being so nice to me and my wife, I know how she likes to talk your ear off.
