Well, it's finally my turn to get the attention of a new buggy build. I'm going with what in my opinion is the best frame you can have, a single seater built by Chuck Jones. I'll try to post as many pics as possible throughout the build as we go.

Gettin' the torsion bolted in the jig:

Front beam an torsion in the jig. Ready for the bars now.

Makin' progress

All in about 6 hours of work: floor bars, elbow bars, main hoop, and windshield.

I'll post more pictures as soon as we get more, I'll keep y'all updated. :D

dakotah, i know it may vary from customer to customer, but what does chuck charge on an average for one of these frames, any idea? I'd like to have one someday...

man, thats gonna be a bad outfit if its the kind of frame your dad has & how you run that in-line 2 seater you will be great in this single seater

It'll be sorta like Dad's, just with my own twist on it. It'll be unique for sure, no two of Chuck's frames are the same! I'm so excited to get it done!

Hell KOKO and Larry can already smoke that pussout buggy. :lol: They have offered to meet him any where with no response. :shock: I think he got the chicken-idis.

Forsure it looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That buggy should be able to climb a pine tree backwards.

It's goin good as far as I know. Chuck's still workin on the frame. Lol no way, it wont be ready for halloween. We're picking the frame up halloween weekend. Can't wait. :D

Well, got some updated pics of the buggy build from this past weekend at Chuck's. He's been kickin butt on this thing! It looks awesome so far, the pictures don't do Chuck's awesome fab work any justice at all! It's gettin close, wont be too much longer now. :D

We're supposed to pick the finished frame up this weekend after the Halloween ride, I'll post pics of the finished frame as soon as possible. Let me know what y'all think. 8)
