man i can't wait to get to this thing.i'm excited now to see what darrell has in mind now for this hill that takes a set to try.ive seen some of the hills hes made so it has to be good.but im wanting to also do some serious trail riding while im there to see as much as possible.maybe get another wildwillie guided ride.i like to night ride myself, but i tell you what its a rush to get out like that in a place where youve never been and you set and listen to a buggy just scream up through the timber lights just hitting the tree tops and then go out of site and you no now its your turn thats when the fun kicks in and when you all get up over the top stop drink a beer, and that to me was just great.i went to wellsville memorial day and here at d and k on easter and to me that was the best part of the trip was the trail riding at night.chad

Couldn't agree more chad. We seem to repair during the day and ride more at night. I'm glad I have good lights!

I thought as long as we go slow and quiet until we get into the woods a night ride was OK,,, It's the noise near Darrell's home and the neighbors homes that is a NONO

Got my clutch going enough to shift, lol. And started on S-10 brakes tonight. Add a lil extra to the cage and we are there!!!! WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO can't wait. Haspin is the same way about night riding. Quiet near camp till you get in the woods, then let er rip!

I believe Kathleen likes for everybody to be out of the woods by 11 pm whenever possible. REALLY , at night you should try to be quiet until you get to Tiptop (where the clearcut starts). Most people are conscientious enough to keep it quiet once they get within earshot of the pond, but always, invariably, and every time some people have to "clear out" their poppin n crackin motors as they get into camp. I dont think its on purpose, they just forget about it after a rough ride and a buggy floor full of "empties". :D That wakes up everybody in all three houses (Kathleen's, her daughter's, and Darrell's mom's). If it werent for folks doing that, I dont believe night riding would be a problem at all.

Good idea, Chad. Maybe Gizmo can convince the boss to let a little night riding go on for this one event, bein Halloween and all? Take her some flowers and ask REAL REAL nice.
