nice buggy your building, the gas tank that you have made looks good on it but make sure you mount it down so that it cannot flex at all.friend of mine had one made and just secured it on the ends and after a couple of months of riding the tank split across the bottom in the seam.not to say it will happen to yours but might be something to thank about.good luck with your build.chad

I can't take the credit for the fabricating that is all Tony Bagley from Beeline buggies.
He is a MASTER FABRICATOR!!!!

Ok
Time for an update.
My son and I worked on the buggy over Christmass vacation. Heres what we did.
We got the buggy painted OD green . We installed all the diamondplate,Roof,Floor, Front and rear skid plate.
We also installed the Warror front beam, arms, spindles, hubs and temporary front tires.
We mounted a tow bar.
We put in the 6rib super diff trans.
Rear 2x3 swing arms with wide 5 brake rotor hubs.
Rear 13.50x33x15 super swampers on 10" wide rims.
Diamond plate gas tank.
Mounted the rear Race Trim seats and waiting on mounting the fronts untill we get shifter and peddels mounted.
Motor and Optima battery and box should go in this week.
The motor is a 1.8 built up with baby dels.
Well still lots to go.
Thanks for looking.

Coming along nicley. That 1.8 T4 should give you plenty of Torque. They are known for that. Don't expect a lot of top end however.

Very nice lookin ride. Why didn't you run the wires to the overhead console up the windshield post instead letting them hang out there in the middle!

There is going to be a center windshield bar to tie that flex conduit to shortly.
That way when I put a windshield in it will be two pieces so if broken the fix will be cheaper.
Thanks for looking!!!
