This is what happens when you don't make a hill and slide uncontrollaby into a tree. Oh well, seasons over for me

Hope you did not get to hurt. You just need a little more crush room between the cage and engine.

That had to hurt badly. Can you tell us what happened and what hit your head? I just put an X brace in mine and if I’m strapped in and lean my head back as far as I can it’s about 2” from the X. That’s pretty close for my comfort but the only thing I could do is pad it. I also have a padded A brace about 5” from the side of my head but I haven’t hit it yet, that I can remember.

I didn't hit anything but the pad on my seat, I was told it was a blow out from the abrupt stop. it happend when i high centered @ the top of a steep hill although not very long, Wife had to get out and push me backwards. My foot slipped off the brake and got stuck in the pedals, Wife said it looks like i was going 50mph backwards into a tree. I was wearing a 3 inch lap belt but not my shoulder harnesses, so when i hit, my head was close to the steering wheel fighting to get my foot out. That added about 2 extra feet that my head traveled after impact. If i was wearing my shoulder harness i probably would have just got a headache.
