They are very comfortable seats, but when they get wet and/or muddy, they will stay wet and/or muddy under the covers because the foam in it will hold moisture and keep it there, wet butt everytime you sit in it unless you take the foam and the cover off every time you ride and it is a pain in the a$$. Just my $0.02 8)

 the way to prevent "swamp ass" seats is when you mount them on the 4 tabs, put removable pins in the back 2 tabs. when your done riding, pull the tabs and tilt your seats up/forward and they drain faster.

Nothing worse than a wet suspension seat, they take forever to dry.
I run Beards and my friend Jim has Race trim, for the $$ they are a good seat. My ass prefers the Beards.

I have cloth, wish I had vinyl. But they never get wet if your in them, at least mine haven't yet. But they dry very slow without a heater or good fan or direct sunlight. But if I start with them dry and cover them when it rains and no one is in the seat they stay dry just fine.

I'll take a wet ass over a bruised back any day. I have vinyl Corbeau seats in my old buggy and they took almost 2 weeks to dry if they got wet. In my newer buggy I have cloth PRP seats and they dry much faster, about 2 days if I wash then shop-vac them.

I'd always just put a shop fan right on my racetrim overnight, and it seemed dry in a day or so. Might've been wet way down in it still, but no swamp ass fer sure.

I used to have vinyl Baja SS 3+ weeks with LARGE fan on them to dry them out from the rain storm at Curts hill climb last Thanksgiving :( (wanted to stay and ride sunday) Now I have Cloth Baja SS and I try to keep them covered but when they get soaked they dry pretty quick out in sun or a day or 2 with the large fan treatment. I have a section of rubber roofing I cover them when on trailer or camp and I found some outdoor furniture covers at wallyworld that work good while riding. AND yes a wet butt beats a sore back lol

I use the race trim seats. I tend to get the seats really muddy when I ride so I have to wash them and thats how mine get wet. I replaced the the front draw string with a 3/16" bungi cord that allows me to remove the seat cover to get to the foam easly. Because the seats are close to the mounting cross bar I do have to unbolt the front of them to lift them for clearence to peel back the cover. I leave the cover on and just remove the foam. I then place the foam on a milk crate and wak on the foam to squeeze out the majority of the water then let them dry. Its aPITA however it works for me.

The problem with almost any of the seat covers I've ever seen is our seat belts/harnesses wont go thru them. And if it does, so does mud and water.
