yes and yes. They are 10" rims and 4 lug. Great shape.

kind of like a 33x12.50 v tread. I can get it on a skinnier wheel to keep my big 4 seater a bit more narrow. Its no hill shooter.

I never had them on the street. I wouldn't think they are any worse than a v tread.
