So you can independently control how much pressure is applied to front and rear brakes. Without one, your fronts will most likely lock up way before your rear brakes, and just slide, losing your ability to steer and increasing stopping distance. May not be as bad with drums, though.

Maybe try it without one first, you can always add one if necessary. Rails on the street are uncharted territory for me. There are many on here that would know better than me what works for streetrails.
well truthfully my buggy aint street legal its just a starter buggy i guess you could call its its my first one aint had it 3 months its a 1600cc 3 rib trans with tractor tires on the rear been cut and the rib one on the front its a beeline cobra i usually ride around this hollows to get to close jobs and stuff like that but when me and my uncle was coming off a steep hill and the buggy started scootin with us so im wantin to get some kind for the front! but im just on the main road id say like 15 mins a day but its just a 2 lane country road never see many cops on it but when i do see them believe me i dont drag around cause they are mostly little young punk cops anyway
