You may get a lot of glare at the current location. I concur with Brad on the branchs. They will tend to slide up the front tubes into the lights and snag, were as on top they branchs tend to slide over them. Having them down low on the frame ( I have a set there) is ok however the shock tower tends to block some light and they get muddy quick. Good move on the rear shock mount change. You could easly double shear them with a 3/16" plate welded between the horizontal tubes coming out from the frame.

brad dont forget i have a hood so a lot of the locations on the front wont work.
