NASCAR has come a long way with it's safty program. Some years ago, wouldn't have walked away the way he did. Talk about character though, he ran to the finish line just so he finished the race. I lost $75 on that hit

the worst part of the whole deal, is I have had to argue with more than one person that blamed keselowski for the wreck,
i am glad carl said what he said after the race. he said keselowski did everything he had to do to win the race and did not do anything wrong.
i mean, the guy that ended up by far the worst end of the deal said it wasnt the "other guys" fault, and yet i still had to argue about it, i wonder if some people even watched the race... or just watched a 10 sec clip, one time on the nightly news and formed their opinion from that.
anyways, i'm glad none of the drivers were hurt.. there were some hard hits, clint bowyer, mark martin, robby gordon just to name a few.
and also glad that for the most part, no fans were seriously injured. i think the worst fan injury was a broken jaw... and that is pretty fortunate compared to what could have happened.

I agree ,Carl came down and tried to block, not the other guys fault....that was a 17 year old girl that got hit in the jaw by debris, her first time at a race, and they gave her a lifetime pass to the races.. .....wonder if she will go again...

I am a FORD man ,BUT Carl was in the wrong. That was a great finish to a good race! Mike thats the truth, in years past 2 or 3 would have died in that one

I didn't even get to watch that race on t.v. At least Carl finished the race. I don't see how he ran right after he got out of the car cause you know that hit had to HURT. Even with all the fancy safety epuipment, I'm sure it gives ya a good jar when you crash at 200 mph.
