as long as the places are legal as is someone has permission. i know a lot of spots we ride its neither here nor there, but you cannot advertise illegal places or tresspassing places. contrary to belief the tree huggers read this stuff and use it as fuel to power their land bans.

Hey Dean, is badlands concerned we will tear up the hills in the woods or the dunes? I know I crawl up hills at haspin (clay instead of topsoil) that the 4x4's just spin their tires on. Except the few who run boggers or tractors. And I have yet to see a buggy leave ruts like a 4000lb 4x4.

I was told by someone that the real reason for the ban on buggy's for the badlands was some drunks in buggy's that pissed off the owner.I don't know if it's true or not, But if it is they should ban the drivers not the type of vehicle they were in. As far as who does more damage to hills, 4x4 wins hands down.
