I need to lean my seats back about 3” because they kill my back after about 1/2hr of riding with them mounted flat on the floor. The seats are actually too wide for the buggy but I was wondering if it would be ok to replace this cross brace with a bent out cross brace so it will clear the seat and raise the front of the seat 3”. What do you think?

Or if someone wants to trade extra wide PRP suspension seats for some normal width suspension seats that would be much easier.

I would cut the bar out then mount the seat. then put the bar back in under the edge of the seat. So just basically shorten the bar and weld it back in. Easy fix.

There the extra wide dimensions here. There black vinyl with I think STANDARD TWEED Graphite 54 inserts.

What do you need wide seats for? Aren’t you smaller then Jeff?
