The quick and fast rule is to lay the torsion housing on a level surface so the lower flats of the horns sit flat on the level surface. Center up the tubes of the chassis floor, both in front and at the housing, up to the center of the housing tube on both sides. The bottom of the floor should be some where around 2"off that level surface. Center it up side to side and tack it. Again, the floor of the chassis and the lower section of the horns are parellel with each other and the floor tubes and the housing tube be centered as well.
