setting up my new single seat rear end. my old buggy i put one washer on one side and one on the other side of my trailing arm but this one looks like the wheels are facing out alittle any idea how to set it right? i guess i could redrill my spring plate single hole.

thats the only way. changing those washers around will affect camber a bit, but to get your toe right you gotta line your holes up or redrill.....get busy!

Then you all would be wrong. Putting a washer inbetween the arm and the pivot cup does nothing except make your axle shorter. It does nothing for caster, camber or toe. Both washers should be on the outside of the bushing exactly where Dr. Porche designed them to be at.

The question was and is in regard to toe adjustment. Not trans/trailing arm centering. I know the book too Kyle.

If you must re-drill the arms to get the toe correct I'm thinking the arm is bent. I would check that first and if your not measuring with a center line down the lenght of the buggy, probably not getting a accurate reading.
