Mr Paul, our event promoter for the Corinth show has made arrangements for us to have a "meet and greet" buggy show on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm in a large parking lot near the arena on the main drag. This will give us something to do between shows and get a bite to eat. Folks driving by will see the buggy show and bring in kids to meet the drivers and scope out the buggys. So everyone that can, please bring your buggys and join in on the fun.

the only thing bad about this place is its off the road a little and very little traffic comes by

Congratulations to three quarter Joe from Ohio for winning first place both shows. He is a great fellow.
We had 17 Buggys Friday night and 15 Buggys on Saturday night, Looked like a sold out show both shows. There should be some great Vids and Pics coming soon. Thanks to all who came and joined in the fun.
Willie did bring and prepare a great meal for several of us. That Damn yankee cooking is fine...

Congratulations to 3/4 Joe!! And to Firebug for second on Saturday and everbody else who participated.

The kids in the crowd went wild when the announcer introduced kyjr.buggy1 and said he was just 14!! I think the kids liked our buggies better than the Monster Trucks! And, as always, Willie was a crowd favorite!

Marty, you were right, this arena racing is a BLAST!! We had a great time!
Those who havent done this yet need to try it out! Its a rush to be out there in front of thousands of folks. (even if your coil wire comes off   ) These events give some MAJOR exposure to woodsbuggies, especially to young uns.

Thanks to Wilbur for the killer Chicago hoagies on Saturday and to Marty for letting me spin Babychains around the parkin lot, that new 6 banger rips! Huge difference over the 2.2.

It was great to talk to some folks I hadnt seen in a couple years, and make some new friends.

What did Coco think about being in the spotlight? I'll bet he was loving it! I think it's awesome that he and the other "buggy young'uns" spend their time doing really cool stuff with the family instead of being out there bumming around and just looking for trouble to get into.

He did love it, he was even cheezing when he broke a lower stop and pulled an axle out on his second run and the bobcat was pushing him off the floor. He was 'arm pumping' at the crowd and grinnin like a possum! Mr. Paul made reference over the loudspeakers to the same thing you said about being into buggies keeping kids out of trouble as he was leaving the floor.

More testimony that Woodsbuggy's keep the kids off the streets. You did fine Jelly Jr.,,,you are the envy of every teenager east of the Mississippi. And a helluva of a tire cutter to boot.
