Moving on.....I got the complete rear suspension done this weekend. Limit straps, arms, shocks, 930's all done. I did some polishing on the new cv joints and got them to 26 degrees with no binding. I should be able to get some good ground clearance in the rear now with the 930's. The buggy is pretty much complete, we are going to primer it and push it outside to get started on Roy's new cobra. My motor work now begins.

Used my old straps glad they worked :)

Trans must sit back quite a bit in this frame because its a pretty straight angle with 3x3's.

Pretty good angle on the bar, the shocks hit dead 90 degrees with the arm at full compression.

Thanks Mike! I think its pretty badass myself haha. The old frame is now my buddy Roys new frame, we are going to get started on that this week coming up. We have to build a new backhalf cage and skid plate then just bolt his stuff on.

Bryan hopefully more than one season this time......but time will tell haha.

Ok, I am curious why did you not have it balanced when you built it the first time?

I bought it blew up it wasn't supposed to be but it was. At the time I just bought the buggy so Greg helped me frankenstein it together, 2332 with stock rods and the rest of the junk I had, and I said if it lasted a summer I would do it right. Basically I just spent a bunch of money and was pissed off. Well it lasted the summer. So H-Beams, balanced, new cam and lifters, new rings, bearings, dry sumped, serp belt setup from Gary, etc is all taking place now.

The kit from Turboblue aka Davis Racing is the one I got. I think its B&M or B&N?? I seen the kit for all of about 30 seconds before it went to the motor shop. Yes it is setup for dry sump, and comes with all the pulleys to speed the fan back up, and it is sand sealed (press in not machine in). Very Very nice kit.

Paint! Still waiting on motor :(

I decided to change it up a bit, I went with flat black, with a flat clear, then flourscent orange accents, shocks, steering, etc. All Krylon spray bomb, and spray bomb flat clear. It came out pretty nice I like the flat black look. I am going to start putting it together this week. Wish they would get my motor done damn!
