im looking for suggestions on new buggy project thats just in a frame at the moment all options open let me know

More weight in the rear makes alot of other things change, ie. suspension, lenght of frame...

Lets not forget trans, CV's and axles. A bus trans, no matter how well prepaired will only handle so much power. Unless a $8000 trans is in your future, stay within the power range of what your other parts can handle.

I say blown alum mouse (sbc) and if you need an 8" converter I got a new 1 and new hurst quarter stick shifter I'll sell you :wink:
