I can find no one in northern ohio that will weld new tube on my buggy for liabilaty reasons. does everyone have this prob. and does anyone know where i can get this done in my area? im just not comfortable doing it my self. I want the front hoop of my roll bar and the tube that my steering shaft bolts to replaced.

no the old needs cut out and new bent and installed. i have the tools to remove but i didnt think it was a good idea till some one looked at it. so i knew what to cut and were. i would rather pay you to do all of it i will help but im no welder nor do i have the experance needed

try ED's WELDING the number is 419-433-4101. hes over in heron over by the vermillion river. hes a race chassis fab shop. I've used him to bend some tubing once. that was about 8 years ago. i think hes still there.
I have bending dies for 1 5/8" tubing, what size are you using? if it is a quick one day job, i could help out, I have a small fab shop over in brookpark about 3 minutes from the airport.

ill give him a call if not i hope you or plumber bill can do it i think it can be done in one day but i dont know. i think its 1 1/2 pipe.
