I have a warrior beam and the bushings they sent me with it was a real bitch to get in the tubes and with the front end put togeather it is so stiff it is like a dead axle .
Is it possible I have the wrong bushings ? I have no Idea what brand they are or the part #

I had the EXACT same problem, kinda like on stilts. I had to use an adjustable ream to ream the bushings to fit the arms. They make different bushings for a stock beam, it's a little smaller than an aftermarket beam. When you drive aftermarket bushings into a stock beam they shrink. Don't know why aftermarket bushings are wrong in an aftermarket beam, maybe their machined wrong (too big)??

Saco sells the white bushings in several different sizes. I had to get 1.75 O.D for mine, not sure what the stock size is.

I had the same problem... I ended up just running them tight and they loosened up after a few days of riding. I also accidentally over tightened my linchpins. That did not help the issue.

A wile back there was a guy that had the same problem on dune-buggy.com. He took an old trailing arm cut the arm off the tube and welded a stud to the arm. Next he cut two slots in the first bearing surface of the old arm and filed them sharp. Hook a drill to the stud and you have a homemade reamer.

the warrior beam 2 inch OD by 120 wall DOM, i made my front end the same size, and just saturday, i went down and bought some empi bushings from pat, i tried shoving that into the tubing and it wasnt going in, i tried squirting some tire shine on the rubber to make it slippery and using my big orange mallot to beat it in, i got it about half way in and then i gave up and pulled it out, and then i opened another beer and sat with a few people and talked about it for the rest of the night. let me know how you guys get those in there, cause im gonna have to get them in soon.

i used a sanding pad on a grinder and sanded them down till thay slid in easy
