Looking good, it will be WAY awesome when finished, keep up with the building process, take your time and it will be well worth it.

Little by little. I got some of the front suspension figured. I still need some bracing for my shock hoops. After I put some limit straps on I'll have 14" of travel in the front. I've also got some 14" King coilovers on the way for the rear :D

I'm pretty sure its going to be 109"... 106 frame - 4+front arms + 7+" rear arms = 109"

Not much progress, been working in Lexington...Lots of driving. I got the front arms/shocks bolted up good and finally got some good measurements with 15" of travel without limit straps. (not the arc but pure up down) With 7.0-15 front tires my front beam will be 4-5 inches off the ground at full compression. I got my pretty 14" stroke King coilovers too!!

What are you using for bump stops on the front? Will the air shocks just to it?

I know the shock isn't made to stop travel, I don't think I will ever bottom out, but I haven't really gotton far enough to think much about stops. I don't think the traditional Ball joint syle weld on would hold up with the 4" arms.

I did not put stops or straps on the front of my race car when I built it, but after the first enduro race, the welds around all the upper mounts were fateaged (can't speel) so first I added up stops and ran another race, then added straps. I just wanted to spread the load off the upper shock bolt when I do bottom out. I just used those little red 2" bugpack stops and welded them on so they would contact the arm about a 1/4" before the shock bottomed. I know the stop and its mount flex that much, but it still took some of the weight off the shock.
