Looks good Andrew. I have been trying to decide whether or not to add a bar there also on mine. Are you happy with the way it turned out? Harder to get in and out of?

a little harder but i'm not sure how much until i get it painted and the seats put back in. it sucks cause i bought new poly seats and can't use them cause there to high, my head hits the roof so i have to go back to the fiberglass ones. was hoping to get rid of them.my wife is mad about that because she is short enough for the poly seat but noone else is.

Hey man it sure looks stout enough to hold up. I was facing a similar situation w/ my buggy but decided to go a different route. I plan on posting pics in a new thread soon.

I do have a question... I noticed the sheetmetal sides on your buggy. How is it attached to the tubes? Does it hold up very good, and how would you attach it differently if it doesn't suit you like it is?

wielded tabs to the frame and pop ribbit it to the on the corners i drilled the tubes to keep it from vibrating to bad. i know this is not good for the strenth of the frame but i could not handle the vibrating noise, the little noises like that bugs me bad. it's held for year with no replacement of ribbits. but i'm sure someone else could give u a better way to do it then i can because there has to be better fab. workers out there then me cause this is all new to me
