Any one that has ever ran propane will tell you it is the way to go .Its so simple plus it is like over 100 octane way over. So high compression motors love it. you need a bottom plate off a Holly carb 4 brl it will bolt right on a 425-Model E unit {CURT RUNS 2} but thats all you need . As a mater of fact you say it has a T-Body on it now you can use that disconect the gas line plug it they make a hat that goes where your breather goes now the 425 Unit bolts on your in like Flinn.Use your butter fly flaps in your T-Body don't even have to mod the T-cable. You can call a guy in Al he is a propane dealer specialist he has every thing you need his name is [Buddy Cambell call him at 205-591-2266] Tell him RockRockets sent ya

P.S.
sorry it took so long just saw this

Almost everything. You still need the obvious-- intake to mount the mixer, large vapor line to connect the mixer to the evaporator, high pressure line from evaporator to shut off valve, and high pressure line from shut off valve to tank. You will also need the throttle plate to go between the mixer and the intake manifold.

The high pressure line can be made up at a hyd. shop its made with LP hose it will have brass ends. The model E reg has 1/4 pipe thread in. The hose can be made up with a female JIC end then use a 1/4 to JIC adp. If you use a fork truck tank you will need a Rego coupler. The vaper line can be hard piped with a pipe 1'' nipple a few inches long if you have room. The fork truck tank will need the safety valve removed.

I almost forgot.. the throttle plate can be removed from a holley 4 barrel carb it has the same bolt pat.

get a test light and make sure you've got power when cranking. also make sure there's no voltage when the ignition is turn off.

With the air cleaner off pull up on the air valve on the mixer and push the primer button on the reg.you should smell lp. If not you mite have a prob. down stream of the reg. Be careful with the LP it likes to lay low and hang around. It would be a lot safer working on it outside.
