  I took some pictures of the frame completed and the memory card in the camera crashed and all of the pictures including the bare frame sitting on the floor ready to be sent off to the powdercoater is lost! Had to buy another new memory card and hopefully it will work this time. Will have to wait to get the frame back and will take pictures of the frame all powdercoated and ready to be put back together. Sorry about that

There is some free software that can recover files from memory cards. My situation was a little different, but someone accidentally deleted about 250 pictures from my camera while I was on vacation. I downloaded and used some software to recover all of the pictures but maybe 2. If the card is not physically damaged, you still may be able to recover your pictures. If you want to try this I'll find out what the software is and let you know.

That is BAD ASS!!!!!! Is it going to be ready for Turkey Run in Lewis County? I won't have the pack rat ready but I will probably just bring the Champion.

It should be ready....it depends on when the parts are coming in, I got most of it now....it will be a close one......I will not try to rush it, but I will give it a 90% chance that it will be done in time. Thanks for the comments so far everybody!

How about some more pictures after today's long self-working on it. You talk about pain in the ass trying to put the motor and tranny in by yourself

Very soon...I am currently downloading pictures now so I can post some more pictures on this site. I have a few things left to do like run the brake lines, run the electrical system, and test the rail to make sure everything is OK, I am about 92% complete

Here is some pictures as of today.......

Image

I put the jack under the buggy to adjust my limit straps to make sure they stop the travel before the shock bottoms out.....I think the wheel travel is pretty reasonable for now.

This is a cooler rack for my beer...LOL...it is also a storage rack for other things like toolbags, etc. It is on a stainless piano hinge to raise it up to put gas in the cell. Thanks again to Pipedope for this idea!

Hey looks awesome! Is that a finned aluminum oil cooler? I've been doing some research on them myself. Have you used them before?

No, I have not, but they run them on late model race cars and they said that they work really good, you can buy them from Poske's for about $33 and they come in 3' long and you can cut them to fit your buggy, just clean the end up on a lathe and tap the hole with a 3/4" NPT pipe tap. The part number is E2003, here is the link.....http://www.poske.com

Thanks for the link.

Here's the ones I have looked at. It seems like you found a better deal though!
