What is everyone using to put over there dual carbs? Ziploc made me a set of them but they are not deep enough to cover the filters.

I have heard a few guys using small plastic trash cans. I personally use CB performance 6" tall unifilters with the foam outerwares and have had good luck with them. I oil the inners and leave the outwears dry. After each ride I wash the outers in soap and water. The inners require cleaning about every third ride. Also I do ride in a lot of mud so they get pretty dirty.

I use foam Uni-Filters and a foam outer filter and cover the whole thing with a trash can that I cut down a little. This keeps the foam a little dryer in wet conditions.

Agree, the Small trash cans from Dollar General Store work at keep the wet stuff and mud off your filters and out of the carbs.

CB performance sand boxes work great too, that's what I run. I have a K&N outer and a foam inner and the foam has never gotten dirty on me.

I had a hard time finding black cans with a small enough bottoms to fit my carbs. I looked at Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, K Mart, etc... I could find them at these places but they were white. I stopped at Staples and they had black cans for 5-6 bucks. Your best bet would be to stop at a office supply store if you
