I am running full flow with the lines running in/out of the oil filter. The remote oil cooler runs from the stock oil cooler location. So these run totally seperate. Should they be ran together in some way?..?

are u running full flo thru ur oil pump?and got oil line coming out the stock location?if so put a stock oil cooler on it and jus run and oil filter off the oil pump,stock oil coolers work the best

That will work just fine, that is the way I'm running it and it has bus cooler on top of case and modify the fan shroud to fit the extra-wide cooler, there are several others that I ride with has this setup also and it works great! Just make sure your "oil out" on the pump goes into "in" on the filter housing and "out" on the filter housing goes into the side of the case into the oil gallery. I highly recommend not to use hydraulic hoses and fittings for your oil lines because the fitting is very restricted with the flow and it killed the bearings in a buddy's buggy. Use either 1/2" hi-pressure hose with barb fittings and hose clamps or them 1/2" high-dollar Earl's hoses with pushlock fittings.

I am running a remote oil cooler though. So should I run a big loop with the full flow and remote oil cooler, or just leave it seperate.

he is saying do away with the remote oil cooler and run a bus factory cooler and cut ur fan shroud to fit the bigger cooler,factory oil cooler is the way to go,bus oil cooler is bigger and better

If you feel like you need to keep your remote oil cooler, you need to plumb it in to the full flow system. Remove it from the other location and install a stock oil cooler in it's place.

You should run a remote oil cooler in line and after your oil filter. That way 100% of your oil has been cleaned and cooled before going back to your engine. All of your oil does not go through the stock cooler. Always remember to plug the discharge of your pump to make it full flow and a remote cooler without a fan is almost worthless.

I run a 96 plate oil cooler I got at the bug show in michigan it sits up high on the back rool cage run a fan two a switch that you can buy at any good bug shop and it works grate. the only time the fan turns on is when I sitting for ten min. or longer. It does take longer to build oil pressure whine I start it but I have my lines ran wrong and long.
