The Hill climb has been moved to the weekend of sept 27 -28th,this will also be the weekend of the Cancer Society Benefit weekend alot of the proceeds from this weekend will be going to the Cancer Society. The hill climb will be sat. the 27th with $3000 dollars up for grabs,it will be on a new hill with several turns whoops and off camber sections before you get to the steep part which is the very last part of the hill. The hill will be set up like the hill climb that was at morris mountain without the rocks, anybody has a chance to win on a hill like that.At morris mtn Mark settles won with a 2920 cc, Bebo from alabama took second with a 1835 with a 3rib stock tranny this shows that anybody has a chance on this type of hill

The Cancer Society is a great charity and I look forward to helping raise as much money as I can for them,I have several friends that is battling or has fought cancer and lived,I think this is a better time to have the hill climb along with all the events that Boggers Unlimited has planned for the weekend, besides its the last weekend the park is open before they close for deer season

I think thats a smart move, SS. Big holidays are already filled up with activities for folks with their families. Now you will you also be benefitting a very worthy cause , too. Double bonus.

Hello Fellas,

This post has been a little quiet.. Are many people planning to attend the hill climb? If so, were do most people stay?

Thanks
Dan

If you camp you don't miss anything. Every time I go to a motel someone does a trick and I miss it :D

I would like to say what a great event this was. Lots of folks gave to the Cancer fund. The climb went very well with minimal fussing. These events come with a learning curve and David and Tony and their crews did a fine job. I look forward to the next one and hope it is as exciting.
