Ok how can I get this pulley off? any tricks or tools I need to pull it?
Anything special I need to know?

I am in the same boat. But i have to change that and the rear main seal. My motor is out and on the ground. My friend told me to bolt a 4 foot C iron to the fly wheel and then take the rear main nut off. While i have it like that i am going to get the change the other because it has a crack in it.

Pulling off the pulley works best if you have the puller designed for doing this. Sometimes they get stuck on there pretty good. If you can't find a puller, a last resort would be two pry bars, one on each side. Get a buddy to tap the backside of the pulley easy while you apply easy pressure with the prybars.
