Some-one came to me Saturday at the hill climb and said you need to apologize to some people for slinging rocks and mud on them Friday about 7pm.

I do apologize for that, but I will tell you why I did it.

I was down at the hill climb area playing on a few hills, when a friend came over to me and said Charles (bugkiller101) and my wife has had a very bad wreck and are going to the hospital. I then got in my buggy and left the hill climb area pretty fast. I came upon some people several times that were going very slow. (It probably was not that slow under normal circumstances) I did not slow up very much I went around most of them in 3rd gear with it matted and hitting the rev-limiter. So I am very sure I sprayed a few of them with rocks mud water or both. Again I do apologize for that and if you know any of the people I did that to please tell them that.

Charles did not have his seat belts on (he did have his lap belt on). He and my wife were coming back to where the event was going to be. Charles was driving pretty fast when a stump jumped out in front of him. They went from approximately. 40 mph to 0 in 1 second. My wife got some seat belt rash out of it and some bruising and a little soreness. Charles (bugkiller101) was knocked out for around 10 minutes with a severe head laceration. He had to go to the hospital. He does have a concussion, and bleeding of the brain. He will be OK for those that will be asking. My wife and I went to the hospital and stayed most of the night in the ER with him. The next day, my wife and another friend Kyle (spectator) went to the hospital to get him checked out and get him back to the hill climb. He has got to go to a neurologist tomorrow and get checked again. So just keep him and all the others in your prayers.

Again I apologize if I spun rocks or mud on you at this event.

Thanks Bruce

Sorry to hear but glad everyone is ok.

Nothing worse than hearing a loved one has been in a bad wreck.

My wife is OK now she was just a little sore. Charles is still out of work but hopping to get to go back next week. He is doing a lot better. and will be fine. He has some short term memory loss as of right now. The doctors said this could last up to 6 months. But he is doing just fine other wise.

Remember always wear your seat belts!!!!! He just had his lap belt on. And was just trail riding.

I have a habit of getting all of my seat belt on before leaving out on a ride. I won't even start the buggy until Little Man has his on completely. I hope that we all learn from this unfortunate accident of our friends. Bruce pass on that I hope he gets well soon and Angela Hi and that we are glad she is OK.
They are in our prayers still.
