I agree. Heat up the threads, not the bolt and use a left handed drill bit. It should spin out.

It really does not look clean anymore. The picture in my Avatar is from when it was new. I do try to keep it clean after each time I take it out I do wash it. It's getting some battle scars.

Here is a nice set of extractors I bought right after I tryed to remove the last broken bolt. Of cource I have not had to use them since however I gotem just in case:

there is just no way to get it in there im going to try a torch just like i would use one of those and c what happens

if you was good at stick welding.... you could hold a nut up to it and weld on the inside of the nut and back it out. =) call me if ya need me.

You might want to do something to lock the pivot bolts in. Trust me they will come loose and it
