How much fluid do you put in 091 6rib tranny??

I do believe it's around 4 quarts. When your filling it as soon as it starts to come out of the fill hole on the driver side, it's full.

Like DVS1 said, I just filled my 002 3 rib and it was dry from the rebuild. It took 3 1/2 quarts, I think the 091 is a bit larger case so it will probably hold 4 or just a bit more.

Like Dave said, fill it till it starts coming out the fill plug hole.
Wait 5-10 minutes and check it again.
It takes a bit for the fluid to pass through the bulkhead from the gearbox to the ring & pinion area and level out.
