Thats the only way I would buy one,If you can try and find a 40 or 44 weber you will be happier in the long run.I have a weber progessive I`ll give you just pay shipping no manifold though.

They are not the greatest, they are hard to jet because you have to take carb completely apart to change jets. And anything above a stock motor you wont get the performance you are looking for or could get out of 40 or 44`s.Here are pics of the one I have its yours for $15 or anybody that wants it.

For a 1641 a Weber progressive is a good choice in my opinion. I had one on a 1641 with 10:1 compression and a W-110 cam and 1.25 rockers that climbed everything I pointed it at. Jet it right and get the double squirter (accelerator pump jet) and you should be happy.

i have found that the webber 44 or 48's have all top end. i do not believe that it would give a good trail ride w/o loading up. but just my opinon. sorry if i offend anybody but i dont think its the right set up. i like the 2 barrel

If you jet them right they will lug all day long and then scream when ever you want it to.

If you happen to get any get the weber tech manual and call cb performance and you will be able to get them dialed in.

From what I have seen the Weber progressive is great while it's working. If it gives you problems throw it away and buy a 44 Weber.

with that set up you would be happier with a 40 or 44 weber or delloroto,I think new there close to $300 for weber or hpmx delloroto`s heven`t been made for 25 years but you can find them half price on ebay.
