Thought some of you might be interested in the procedures to legally title and licenses your buggy in Kentucky. When I did mine, I did it as a rebuild because it was easier to get insurance. I scanned and uploaded the procedures I went through when I done one of my buggies. Keep in mind it has been a couple of years ago so things may have changed a bit.

Would be nice to have folks from other states do this as well. Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia info might be helpful. I'm from the Communist state of Pennisylvania, where you got a better chance of seeing God than having a buggy road legal.
