Better to break there than out in woods somewhere it sucks riding out on 3 wheels

[quote="UncleJerm76"]Cool idea using a trail cam as a time lapse for your build. [THUMBS UP SIGN]

Thanks on the thumbs up, I just wish the plot cam would save in a high quality when it transfers to a WMV file. I got rid of the carhartts and fired up the cam again today. This video is kind of boring and taking the engine components and wiring apart takes forever. On a good note I got the powder coat samples back from the powder and I am getting close to sending the panels out.

one of the side bars was mangled, took some time today to lop them both off and bend up some new ones, haven't started welding them on yet, but the concern over repair or replace was decided by the weld inspections. luckily its pretty clear the buggy's chassis builder and the side bar adder weren't the same people.

How far clear of the wheel do most of you go?

finished welding up my side rails and added a 2" receiver for moving my trailer around the yard. Threw on a coat of paint on it to keep it from rusting. I am eventually going to paint it two tone, the bottom being black the top being blue... not this week though.

I got my spare 3 rib in. Unfortunately I think 1st gear is bad. It pops out when you let off the gas. I disconnected the linkage and shoved the shaft as far in the nose cone as possible. Didn't help. Bummer. I think this 3 rib is a 5.42. Seems to be lower than my other. It effortlessly barks my Swampers in 2nd on pavement. It also has less clearance around the lower mounting holes. Can't hardly get a 17mm wrench on them.
