I cut out the battery tray, removed the gas tank and one of the 1.5" tubed braces it was attached too. Then went for a nice ride on the bike with the wife because we couldn't take the buggy. This 70° sunny weather in FL is painful, I don't know how much more of it we can take. LOL

I took my motor and trans out. Looks like my axle been rubbing the trans flange pretty hard. I have stock arms with 930 cv's the axles are 16 1/4" . It doesn't seem to bind when the suspension is level but I will check again when I get the other tranny in. You can see it wore thru the rubber seal and into the flange.

i have 930 with 3x3 arms and mine did the same thing...on tranny side and on stub side. i ground off the axle end a little and it helped but they still rub a little

I just ground mine down also. It might be the way the 930 flange is made. But mine only rubbed on the driver side. That side is 1/8" wider than the passenger side. Which makes the passenger side shorter. It should have been the one to rub if any.

Same story here, mines rubbing. Hoping to fix it while I got everything apart.

Moved engine and trans forward 1/2" and raised 1/2" to fix my 930's from rubbing the frame horns.

Cool idea using a trail cam as a time lapse for your build. [THUMBS UP SIGN]

Not sure. They just say K-4 triple sealed with rubber boot over the toggle. Around $8. Simple on off. 20 amp. I'm thinking they came from Summit Racing.
