This is my to do list and I'm going to try and have it completed this weekend !
1- pull Suby engine
2 -remove trans
3-install new trans
4 - new clutch
5- weld engine skid plate taps in
6- finish weld everything that is tacked in engine bay
7 - finish weld exhaust
8- finish weld coolant tubes
9 - cut and install skid plate
10 - remove ps pump and ac pump and install a bypass belt for alt
11 - install engine
12- put coolant in :twisted:
13 - put cv together
14 - pull wheel hubs and install 5/8 studs
15- put cv and axles in
16 - adjust limit straps
17 - make battery hold down
18 - run throttle cable setup
19 - run clutch line to slave cylinder and bleed
20- bolts seats and harnesses in
21- adjust shifter
22- finish bolting floor down
23- finish bolting sides down
24- fix steering shaft
25- weld all thread in front beam and double nut
26 - tighten all bolts on front end
27- put spacers in rear coil overs
28- finish wire rear lights
29- to be continued

Trust me, I know the drill. Just mine running again tonite, a week in advance, not an hour in advance.
Can't you leave the a/c pump on, they're a great start for onboard air. I converted the one on my white XJ simple as oh heck and really handy on the trail.

Second string = Customer's John Deere riding lawn mower from the shop, without anti freeze of course.
