not trying to start anything, but there is no such thing as to much VW, or buggy stuff. Only, not enough room for it. My wife asked, when is it enough. I told her I'd let her know, when I get there. Never going to happen. :!: :!: :!: :!:

awe man, we are VW poor around my house  dad has 3 kharman ghias, there is a 2 seater and a 4 seater sitting in the yard... i recently parted out my 2 seater build but ive had 3 buggies myself and dad has had 2 before the one he has now. sold most of the bus trannys but still got a few car trans and a stock DP motor in the garage (turn key).. an old fridge full of dellorto carbs (single and dual sets), some 091 RnP sets, 4 diffs, cranks, rods and a couple of small stud cases ready for assembly  assorted splindles, joints, axles, exhaust, etc.. now that i think about it, there is probably enough parts and hardware to build a buggy, just need a chassis.. here i go again 8)

Not really looking for a matching set for duals but one each for my two running buggies.

DON'T DO IT! I stock piled transmissions thru the years and some friends just want to beat you out of your stuff. Other cases, they come to your house and say hello and look over your shoulder at what they need. You give them a decent price and they go, "Oh but I'm your buddy"! You end up loosing your friends and getting hated. Or "I gave you some old front ends once so sell me that nice 6 rib." OR You sold Frank a 6rib for $300 why are you wanting $600 from me?" Back in '04 I cleaned my whole basement out because I was just absolutely sick of it. Stuffed 11 trophy transmissions out in the shed and a crack head friend sold them all for $35 at the scrap yard. You'll see what I mean in time. Damat$hit!

People that are really your friends do not try to screw you of of things. If they are REAL friends then they help you and you help them. I am glad that I have GOOD friends. And Buggybarn is a VERY GOOD FRIEND, and an Awesome guy.

Had 3 at one time. Sold the one in the back shortly after I got the front right one. Still have the left one which I bought from a guy as a parts lot. It still has lots of stuff that I dont really need if anyone is interested. Frame needs a little work but Id let it go cheap.
