Ive only been there a couple times but the riding is fairly easy but the hills are rough from the last i saw. The park owner is opening new trails every day so I really dont know how the riding is.

if i were you i would come down hwy 72 through scottsboro and huntsville to decatur al and turn right on hwy 20 at the holiday inn just after you the tn river bridge, that will take you straight to the hwy 43 intersection in muscle shoals, at this point its only about 10 more miles to the park. with this route once you turn left on 72 in south pittsburg there is only 2 more turns to make and its all 4 lane hwy's except the last 5 mile or so

if you got a gps put this address in AFTER you come through decatur or even get to muscle shoals and it should bring you straight to the park, but it may take some off the wall crazy way if start out in chattanooga with it, i like my gps, but sometimes it trys to take me around the world just get to the other side of the street, if you know what i mean...

i would guestimate about 2 1/2 hours depending on traffic and how you drive, thats what it takes for me to get to the aquarium up your way, and its about the same drive from my house to the river bridge as it would be for you from the river bridge to the park give or take maybe 10 min or so

i agree with kevin that a lot of the hills are rough but there is a bunch of easy trails and the owner is constantly buying more equipment and opening up more hills and trails, also there is a huge twisty/turny, stadium/motocross type track that is fun
